Delete Your Account

Request account deletion and data removal

You can delete your Spira account at any time directly from within the app. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

⚠ This action is irreversible

Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You will not be able to recover your training history, personal records, or AI plans.

How to Delete Your Account In-App

Open the Spira app on your device
Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar
Tap Settings (gear icon, top right)
Scroll to the Account section
Tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion when prompted

What Gets Deleted

Your name and email address
All training sessions and breath-hold records
Personal bests and performance history
AI-generated training plans
Heart rate and health data synced from wearables
Social connections and buddy session history
All account preferences and settings

What Is Retained

Anonymised, aggregated statistics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for service improvement purposes. No personally identifiable information is kept after deletion.

Can't access the app?

If you're unable to delete your account from within the app, send us a deletion request by email and we'll process it within 7 business days:
